Slurry Pump for Paper Industry

Specially engineered for pulp and paper mills, this pump transports pulp and water, serving as key equipment for pulp stock preparation.
Adopting a single-stage structure with a fully open impeller, it conveys slurry and clean water with pulp concentration of 0–6%. The full package consists of pump unit, base frame, standard motor, screw coupling, coupling guard and anchor bolts.
  1. Fully open three-blade impeller with large flow channels ensures stable operation and anti-clog performance.
  2. Wear-resistant liners on suction and discharge ends protect the volute casing from abrasion.
  3. Redesigned guard cover enables quick disassembly.
  4. Reinforced base frame improves rigidity and facilitates coupling adjustment.
